专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention relates to the field of smoking implements and, more specifically, to heat management devices for charcoal or other heat source used in conjunction with a smoking apparatus, which may be known as Hookah, Narquila, Argile, Gelyoun, Hubbly-Bubbly, Water Pipe, Qalyan, Shisha, etc. BACKGROUND [002] Almost 450 years ago, Abul-Fath Gilani, a Persian doctor from the North Indian court of the Mongol emperor Jalal-ud-Din Muhammad Akbar, or Ak-bar the Great, first passed tobacco smoke through a small bowl of water to purify and cool the smoke. In this way, Abul-Fath Gilani invented the Hookah (depending on the region, also known as Narquila, Argile, Gelyoun, Hubbly-Bubbly, Water Pipe, Qalyan, Shisha, etc.) and gave rise to a social and cultural phenomenon enjoyed by hundreds of millions worldwide. [003] In the past three decades, since the advent of flavored Shisha (Hookah Tobacco), Hookah has gained popularity outside its native regions in South Asia and the Middle East and is now used by people across America North, South America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. [004] Hookahs are famous for facilitating deep social interactions stimulated by the process of deliberate breathing. Each breath of a Hookah forces a person to take a deliberate breath and anyone familiar with meditation, Yoga, Martial Arts or SCUBA and freediving knows that the act of deliberately taking a breath, focusing on each inhalation and exhalation, makes the person slow down and, as the individual slows down, his attention is removed from the chaos of daily life and brought to the tranquility of the present. Once people are present, the conversations become more meaningful. They pay attention to what other people are saying and that attention is reciprocal. This process feeds on itself and the stories become more profound, the connection more meaningful and the people get more connected to the now famous invention of Abul-Fath Gilani. In this way, one can explore the validity of Mark Twain's statement in relation to people that "There is no uninteresting life. Such a thing is an impossibility. Inside the most boring exterior there is a drama, a comedy and a tragedy". [005] The typical hookah is composed of six (6) parts: the head, where the bowl and / or other combustible materials are placed; the tray, where coal ash or debris from another heat source is deposited; the rod, where the smoke from the head is pulled into the base; the base, where the smoke from the stem is passed through water and other liquids; the hose, where the smoke from the base is sucked in by the user's mouth; and the valve, where the base smoke is purged by blowing through the hose. The typical hookah experience involves several people using the same hookah when passing the hose from person to person. [006] Hookahs are used when smoking combustible material on the head. The material in the head is typically burned using a heat source; usually incinerated coal Heating the combustible material produces smoke, which is drawn into the water at the base through the rod. The rod is positioned to penetrate the water surface at the base to allow filtration of the smoke obtained from the head. The user inhales the air from the base and induces a partial vacuum at the base that pulls the smoke from the head through the stem to the base and finally through the hose to the user. [007] This configuration requires that the heat source, such as coal or other heat source, be provided and adequately ignited; This heat source must be maintained during smoking, so that the combustible material is adequately heated without being excessively burned. During this process, it is possible for combustion by-products, such as volatile gases, ultra-fine particles and ash, to be conveyed to the water receptacle along with the smoke which is intentionally generated by heating tobacco or other combustible materials. It is difficult, at best, to regulate the outlet or by-product of a combustion-based heat source in order to avoid excess heat and, consequently, burn. [008] Burnt tobacco significantly diminishes the positive aspects of the hookah experience; tobacco, or other combustible materials, lose their flavor and produce heavy mists smelling of smoke full of excess particles, including volatile gases, ultrafine particles and ash. In view of the foregoing, it is necessary to heat tobacco, or other fuels, within a narrow temperature range to maintain flavor, produce large amounts of smoke and prevent the release of the particles identified above in excess. [009] The Hookah Accessory by Boutros et al., United States Patent Application No. 12888281, tries to overcome the problem of appropriately heating tobacco by using an upper tray configured to contain tobacco, a lower tray configured to contain hot charcoal, a hollow tube in fluid communication with the upper tray and a means of fixation to attach the accessory to the Hookah. The bottom tray is attached to a crossbar that allows it to be moved up and down, so that the distance from coal to tobacco can be reduced or increased, thereby reducing or increasing the amount of heat reaching the tobacco. The problem with the Hookah Accessory is that it is not an easy method to change the charcoal without first having to wait for the bottom plate to cool or, alternatively, unscrew the bottom plate while it is still hot. In addition, while reducing the amount of large ash particles flowing in the smoke stream inhaled by the user, the proximity and position of the coal do nothing to decrease the inhalation of volatile gases and ultrafine particles. In addition, the Hookah Accessory looks bulky and inconvenient to use. [010] Therefore, at this time, there are no products available to correctly heat tobacco, or other fuels, without the introduction of significant levels of volatile gases, ultrafine particles and / or ash. SUMMARY [011] A Heat Management Accessory for Narwill is described here comprising: a plate with a flat surface at the top configured to contain hot coal, or another source of heat, and bulbous protrusions arranged on a flat surface in regular intervals at the bottom with ventilation openings aligned close to the outer edge of the board, so that they allow free flow of air from the top of the board to the bottom, which is in direct contact with tobacco or some other material fuel; a wall section connected to the plate, which has columns at regular intervals inside the wall and which also has notches at the bottom at regular intervals to allow air and heat ventilation; a bottom cover that rests on the wall section, with protrusions at regular intervals at the bottom of the bottom cover that are designed to make contact with the columns on the wall and which have air vents to allow air to pass; and an upper cover with air vents for air to pass that connects directly to the lower cover to allow rotational movement of fluid between the upper and lower covers, so that the upper cover can be aligned to seal the ventilation openings in the cover lower, allow unobstructed airflow through the ventilation openings of the lower cover or any variation between them. [012] A Hookah Heat Management Accessory is also described here comprising: a plate with wife a flat surface on the top part configured to contain hot charcoal, or another source of heat, and bulbous protrusions arranged on a surface flat at regular intervals at the bottom with air inlets aligned near the outer edge of the plate, so that they allow free flow of air from the top of the plate to the bottom, which is in direct contact with tobacco or some other combustible material; a section of wall connected to the plate, which has columns at regular intervals on the inside of the interior and which also has notches on the bottom at regular intervals to allow ventilation of the heat and air; a lower cover that rests on the wall section, with protrusions at regular intervals at the bottom of the lower cover that are designed to make contact with columns on the wall and which have air vents to allow the passage of air; and an upper cover with air vents for air to pass that connects directly to the lower cover to allow rotational movement of fluid between the lower and upper covers, so that the upper cover can be aligned to seal the ventilation openings on the lower cover, allow unobstructed air flow through the ventilation openings in the lower cover or any variation between them; where the bottom cover rests on the wall section and can be removed at any time using a cable that protrudes from the top cover. [013] In addition, a Hookah Heat Management Accessory is described here comprising: a plate with wife a flat surface at the top configured to contain hot coal, or another source of heat, and bulbous protrusions arranged on a surface flat at regular intervals at the bottom with air inlets aligned near the outer edge of the plate, so that they allow free flow of air from the top of the plate to the bottom, which is in direct contact with tobacco or some other combustible material; a section of wall connected to the plate, which has columns at regular intervals on the inside of the interior and which also has notches on the bottom at regular intervals to allow ventilation of heat and air; a lower cover that rests on the wall section, with protrusions at regular intervals at the bottom of the lower cover that are designed to make contact with columns on the wall and which have air vents to allow the passage of air; and a top cap with air vents for air to pass that connects directly to the bottom cap to allow rotational movement of fluid between the bottom and top caps, so that the top cap can be aligned to seal the openings ventilation over the lower cover, allow unobstructed air flow through the ventilation openings in the lower cover or any variation between them; where the bottom cover rests on the wall section and can be removed at any time by means of a cable protruding from the top cover; and where the cable protruding from the top cover can be used to rotate the top cover from left to right or from right to left above the bottom cover, thereby increasing or decreasing the amount of heat allowed to flow through the top cover. -lower in the wall section and on the plate or, alternatively, increasing or decreasing the amount of heat retained under the upper and lower lids. [014] In this way, it is an aspect of the present invention that the heating temperature of tobacco, or other combustible material, can be regulated by manipulating the relative position of the top cover relative to the bottom cover. As the top cover is rotated over the bottom cover, the movement of the bottom cover is restricted by contact between the projections on the bottom of the bottom cover and the columns inside the wall section. [015] Another aspect of the present invention is that the heat transferred from the plate to tobacco, or other combustible material, is distributed more evenly, thereby allowing a more complete heating of tobacco or other combustible material without requiring constant interference from the user. Another aspect of the present invention is that the user can easily exchange the old charcoal for a new one and discard the excess ash accumulated on the plate by lifting the head of the Hookah Heat Management Accessory by means of an iso-side cable. and throw the ashes away. [016] In the case of a heat source such as coal, another additional aspect of the present invention is that adequate ventilation and heat control will reduce the amount of coal needed to adequately heat tobacco, or other combustible material, to the while also extending the life of a piece of coal. [017] These aspects of the invention are not intended to be exclusive. In addition, some features can be applied to certain versions of the invention, but not others. Other features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art when read in conjunction with the description and accompanying drawings below. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED MODE [032] It should be understood that the present invention can be realized in slightly different ways, that different alignments, protrusions and cut shapes can be made and that different materials and processes can be used in the manufacture of this product. The following is a detailed description of the drawings of the preferred modality of this Hookah Heat Management Accessory. [033] Referring first to Figure 1 and Figure 5, a modality of the Heat Management Accessory for Hookah 100 is described here. The Hookah 100 comprises a plate 102, a wall 103, a bottom cover 104 and an upper cover 105, all of which are comprised of solid material, preferably metal. Plate 102 is configured to contain hot coal, or another source of heat, to be placed on the top and bottom to come into direct contact with tobacco, or other combustible material, wall 103 is configured to act in together with plate 102 to contain the coal, or other heat source, and the heat is produced within the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100. As shown in Figure 6, wall 103 is configured with evenly spaced columns 106 at regular intervals in three distinct locations that act as a barrier to prevent the lower cover 104 from sliding as the upper cover 105 is rotated using the cable 111 of the upper cover 105, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, and which also has shafts 107 at the bottom to receive the pins 108 of the plate. Wall 103 is further configured with notches 109 spaced at regular intervals in three different locations to allow ventilation of air and heat from the bottom side of wall 103. As shown in Figures 1 and 5, wall 103 is further configured with a cable 110 that protrudes from one side of the wall 103 and runs from top to bottom, so that it can be used to pick up the Heat Management Accessory for Hookah 100 at high temperature to empty the ash and coal or remove it from the head 1302. [034] As shown in Figure 1, the lower cover 104 rests on the wall 103 and is configured with ventilation openings 112 for ventilation of air and heat, as shown in Figure 9. Attached to the lower cover 104 is the upper cover 105, which also has ventilation openings 113 for air and heat ventilation, as shown in Figure 10. Referring now to Figures 1 and 10, the top cover 105 also has a cable 111 that projects horizontally from the base of the top cover 105, so that a user of the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 can manipulate the cable 111 with their fingers, or some other object, to rotate the top cover 105 to cover the ventilation openings 112 of the bottom cover 104 as shown in Figure 11 or expose the ventilation openings 112 of the bottom cover 104. [035] The Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 rests on top of Hookah head 1302, as shown in Figure 13, with plate 102 making direct contact with Hookah head 1302 1300. Bottom lid 104 and lid upper 105 rest on the wall 103 and can be removed from the wall 103 by means of the cable 111 that protrudes from the upper cover 105. This configuration, shown in Figure 13, allows the plate 102 to conduct heat directly from the coal, or other heat source, for tobacco, or other combustible material, in the head 1302 at an optimum temperature, thus producing smoke which is then inhaled by the user in the internal tubes 1303 of the Narguille 1300, through the water at the base 1304, for hose 1305 and, finally, the user. [036] The top of plate 102 is intended to contain hot coal or another source of heat. In the modality shown in the figures, the shape of the plate 102 is flat, with air vents 114 cut close to the outer edge of the plate 102 that penetrate through the bottom of the plate 102. Those skilled in the art will recognize that the upper part of the plate 102 can be of any shape suitable for containing hot coal or another source of heat. For example, the top of plate 102 can be concave or convex. Alternatively, the upper part of the plate 102 can be made with grooves or grooves notched in or with specific compartments for coal or other heat source. The usefulness of the upper part of plate 102 is to contain coal or another source of heat; its particular shape and design are aesthetically defined. [037] The bottom of plate 102 is intended to make direct contact with and heat tobacco, or other combustible material, in the head 1302, while the bulbous protrusions 115, shown in Figure 1, are intended to distribute the heat more deeply. to tobacco, or other combustible material, in certain locations on the head 1302. In the configuration shown in the figures, the shape of the plate 102 is flat, with air vents 114 cut close to the outer edge of the plate 102 that penetrate through the upper part of plate 102. In accordance with the upper part of plate 102, those skilled in the art will recognize that the lower part of plate 102 can be of any shape suitable for conducting heat to the bowl, or other combustible material, on the head 1302. Again, for example, the bottom of plate 102 can also be concave or convex and have grooves or notched grooves. Additionally, the bulbous projections 115 located at the bottom of the plate 102 can be larger than in Figure 3 or can be made to resemble rods 201, as shown in Figure 2, cones, pyramids, ridges, grooves or many other shapes and, as shown in Figure 3, they are of varying sizes and occur more or less frequently. Alternatively, the bulbous protrusions 115 can be completely removed from the bottom of the plate 102, as shown in Figure 4. The utility of the bottom of the plate 102 is to conduct heat to the tobacco in the head 1302; its particular shape and design are aesthetically defined. [038] Plate 102 is connected to wall 103 by pegs 108, as shown in Figure 5, which protrude from plate 102 and which act as male components that are anchored in shafts 107, as shown in Figure 7. This connection is it is intended to secure and prevent plate 102 from separating from wall 103 without significant force, in addition to common use, being applied. Those skilled in the art will recognize that plate 102 can be connected or attached to wall 103 in a variety of ways. For example, plate 102 can be connected or attached to wall 103 using screws, rivets, spot welding, gluing or, as shown in Figure 4, plate 102 and wall 103 can be manufactured as a single piece. The usefulness of the pins 108 and the axes 107 in the walls 103 is to fix the plate 102 to the wall 103 and they are esthetically defined. [039] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the top cover 105 can rotate over the bottom cover 104. This allows the user to quickly and easily rotate the top cover 105 via cable 111 in order to adjust the amount of heat being conducted to tobacco, or other combustible material, by releasing heat from the ventilation openings 112 of the lower cover 104 and the ventilation openings 113 of the upper cover 105. [040] In some embodiments, the cable 111 comprises a removable part that fits into the upper cover 105. In other embodiments, the cable 111 comprises a shoulder in the upper part of the upper cover 105, a series of dents on the surface of the top cover 105 or some other mechanism. [041] In some embodiments, the integrated cable 110 of the wall 103 comprises a removable part that fits into the wall 103. In other embodiments, the integrated cable 110 of the wall 103 comprises a shoulder on the outer side of the wall 103, a series of dents on the surface of the wall 103, a neoprene glove or silicone rubber or some other mechanism. [042] In some embodiments, the top cover 105 comprises a removable part with a single ventilation opening 113 that can be rotated above the three ventilation openings 112 of the lower cover 104 or be completely lifted from the lower cover 104 by means of the cable 111 In other embodiments, the top cover 105 comprises a removable part which has no ventilation openings 112 in general and which can be completely lifted from the bottom cover 104 by means of the cable 111. [043] In yet other embodiments, as shown in Figure 4, plate 102 and wall 103 are comprised of a single piece with more notches 109 cut at regular intervals around the bottom of wall 103 for ventilation of air and heat. [044] The particular shape of the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 has no functional utility and is purely aesthetic. The Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 can take any other shape, for example, it can be triangular, elliptical, square and so on. [045] In other modalities, the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 is two solid pieces. In these non-illustrated embodiments, the plate 102, the wall 103 and the bottom cover 104 are all made together having the capacity to separate one half of the piece from the other. In this way, the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 would be split in half from top to bottom. [046] The Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 rests on the Hookah 1300 over the head 1302. In some embodiments, the plate 102 is connected directly to the head 1302 via a latch, clamp, bracket or some other mechanism . In some embodiments, plate 102 is a snap connection that holds the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 in place by friction tightening with head 1302. In other modalities, plate 102 is screwed into head 1302. In in still other embodiments, plate 102 comprises a screw button which, when pressed, holds the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 in place over head 1302. In yet other embodiments, plate 102 comprises a locking tab - ment, dent or other locking mechanisms. [047] The use of the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 described here begins by placing the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100 over the head 1302. The user then places hot charcoal, or another heat source, on plate 102 , so that it is located inside the wall 103. Then, the user places the lower cover 104 and the upper cover 104 connected on the wall 103, so that the projections 117 at the bottom of the lower cover 104 touch the columns 106 on the wall 103. As the user smokes using the Hookah 1300, the user can adjust the position of the ventilation openings 113 on the upper cover 105 in relation to the ventilation openings 112 on the lower cover 104 to the closed position or open and, if necessary, completely remove both covers by means of cable 111 to obtain the optimum temperature range for heating tobacco or other combustible materials. [048] An additional aspect described here is the Hookah 1300, to which one of the accessories 100, 200, 300 or 400, as described above, is attached. In some embodiments, the accessories mentioned above are permanently attached to the Hookah 1300 while, in other modalities, the accessories mentioned above can be easily removed from the Hookah 1300 and replaced with another similar accessory or with traditional accessories associated with tobacco, or others combustible materials, and coal, or other heat source. [049] The present invention is susceptible to modifications and variations that can be introduced in it without departing from the concepts of the invention. During the course of the present description, a particular element is described in terms of one of the illustrated Hookah accessories, that is, the Hookah Heat Management Accessory 100.
